I don't know what was wrong with the food last evening. Felt miserable the whole night and morning. Nausea and stomach ache.

Three days waiting for the bus and one day on the bus...brought me to Bayamo, then the bike brought me to Manzanillo.

day 5: Cienfuegos - Trinidad

Hard...strong headwind, longer than planned, a lot of climbing. Finally arrived in Trinidad after dark. Campismo in Güinìa de Miranda was  only ment for Cubans.

day 4: Playa Giròn - Cienfuegos

Left Maytos nice casa and then...20 km very bumpy dirtroad. Really hard.

day 3: Playa Larga - Playa Giron

Early bus from La Habana to Playa Larga. Then biking to Playa Giròn.

Back to La Habana ... finally got my luggage.
